SUFFOCATION kündigen neues Album „Hymns From The Apocrypha“ mit Video zur neuen Single „Seraphim Enslavement“

Die New Yorker Death-Metal-Legenden SUFFOCATION veröffentlichen am 3. November ihr neuntes Album Hymns From The Apocrypha über Nuclear Blast . Der Nachfolger von …of the Dark Light (2017) und die erste Veröffentlichung mit dem neuen Sänger Ricky Meyers treibt die Band an die Grenzen des Äußersten und ist wohl das bisher klangstärkste und klanglich herausforderndste Album der Gruppe. SUFFOCATION haben Death-Metal-Perfektion erreicht.

Heute bietet die Band den Fans mit dem wilden Titel „ Seraphim Enslavement“ einen ersten Vorgeschmack auf das Album. Das bedrohliche Musikvideo wurde von Tom Flynn gedreht und geschnitten, das Charakterdesign stammt von Kyle Monroe und ist die perfekte visuelle Ergänzung zu Ricky Myers ‘ monströsem Gesang.

Derek Boyer comments, “This is my fifth full-length studio album with SUFFOCATION and this album came out SICK! It features all of the brutal, technical, chaotic twists and turns everyone would expect from SUFFOCATION, plus new elements that are out of the normal realm one might expect.
