DEATHSTARS veröffentlichen neues Video zur zweiten Single „Midnight Party“

Der schwedische Industrial-Kult-Act DEATHSTARS kündigte kürzlich seine Rückkehr mit dem neuen Album Everything Destroys You an, das am ^5. Mai über Nuclear Blast Records erscheinen wird.
Fans haben sehnsüchtig auf ihre erste Veröffentlichung seit über acht Jahren gewartet, was uns zurück zum guten alten skandinavischen Deathglam und den zerstörerischen urbanen Partynächten bringt.
Heute enthüllt die Band die zweite Albumsingle „ Midnight Party“.
Der Track wird von einem kostenlosen Video begleitet, das in Stockholm gedreht wurde und die Band zeigt, wie sie einer vollen Clubshow beiwohnt und sich eine weibliche Coverband der Deathstars ansieht.

Frontman Whiplasher Bernadotte comments on the song:

“I wanted to write a kind of worst slash filthy slash dark yet catchy party song and lyrics; something that was bad in a good way – bringing moral downfall up- to – speed al dente.. It’s about those times when you end up binge partying and don´t go to sleep for days, it’s just constantly midnight with the additional clear and present downward spiral and debauchery that eventually makes you go insane. The party that never stops until you collapse. Very different from David Lee Roth-poolpartyrock, to say the least.”
